2. Registration numbers
Our registration details are provided on request and are stated in full in the written agreement for each event. Email [email protected] if you need them for a supplier onboarding form or a procurement check, and we will send them the same working day.
3. What we do
Casino-style evenings and themed events for companies and private hosts. We plan and run the programme on site at a venue chosen by the client: the activities, the crew, the equipment, the dressing and the timings. We are an event company, not a gambling operator - the casino-style formats use symbolic props with no stakes and no prizes of value, as set out in our Responsible Entertainment Rules.
We do not provide venues, catering, drinks, accommodation or gambling services of any kind, and we do not operate a casino, an online casino or any betting service.
4. Enquiries and complaints
Send enquiries through the enquiry form or by email. Complaints should be in writing to [email protected] or to the postal address above, with the event date and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge within 5 working days and answer substantively within 14 days. The complaints procedure, including what happens if we cannot agree, is in section 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
