- The package price is the same anywhere in New Zealand. Transport from our base in Queenstown is already in the figure, for one trip to the venue.
- A smaller group does not change the package price: the cost is the crew, the equipment, the transport and the set-up, and none of those get smaller.
- Programme hours do not include set-up or pack-down - set-up takes up to 3 hours before the event, pack-down up to 1-2 hours after it.

First we confirm whether the date is genuinely free for the crew and the equipment the format needs. Sending an enquiry does not reserve anything.

Guest numbers, programme hours, the adjustable parts, and the conditions at your venue - access, power, floor area, set-up window.

Written quote
One final total, including GST, with the package contents listed and the exclusions named.

Agreement and deposit
The date is held once the quote is confirmed in writing and the agreement is signed, with a deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, with the balance due 5-10 days before the event.

Questions about the prices.
Is the price per person or for the whole event?
For the whole event. Every amount on this page is the price of the described package, and you do not multiply it by the number of guests. A format listed at a given figure for up to 80 guests costs that figure whether 40 or 80 people come.
Does a smaller group pay less?
No, and it is worth explaining why. The cost of a package is the crew, the equipment, the transport and the set-up time, and none of those get smaller when fewer guests arrive. If your group is well under the limit, the better move is a format built for smaller groups rather than a discount on a large one.
What can be adapted within the price?
Each format lists what is adjustable - the table mix, the depth of the dressing, the length of the formal part, the backdrop artwork, the music brief. Anything that changes the crew size, the equipment list or the hours changes the quote, and we will tell you that before you decide rather than afterwards.
Do the programme hours include set-up and pack-down?
No. Programme hours are guest-facing hours. Set-up takes up to 3 hours before the event and pack-down up to 1-2 hours after it, and that time is already included in the price - but it is additional to the hours your guests see, so plan your venue hire accordingly.
Why are prices indicative rather than fixed?
Because the final total depends on the date, the venue and which adjustable parts you choose. The "from" figure is a real starting price for the package exactly as described, and the planning range shows where the total usually lands once a venue and a date are in. Your written quote shows one final number, including GST.
Shall we check your date?
Send us the date, the town and roughly how many guests. We will tell you whether the date is free and what the package would cost, in writing. An enquiry does not reserve a date.
